Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• unused and in the same condition as received,
• clean and undamaged,
• in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or we made an error in the order.

Damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In this case, return costs are fully covered by us.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
